An Easy Process Designed For You
Here at JN Tiling And Construction, we aim to offer you a great experience and make sure you’re comfortable with every step of the transformation process. We know how stressful home remodeling can be, but we assure you it can be a fun process too!
We love guiding homeowners through this journey. We’ve designed our process to make everything easy for you. Each step is created with one goal in mind: to give you a relaxing journey towards the home you’ve always wanted.
Our Process
1. Fill Out Our Form
Please fill out our form and describe your ideas as best as you can. Attach some images as well so we can fully understand what you have in mind.
2. Phone Consultation
3. In-Home Consultation
We’ll come to your place and assess the space you want to transform. We’ll take measurements and discuss the budget, the timeline, and the materials we’ll need to get your home remodeling project started. The in-home consultation comes with a $500 fee which is considered a deposit towards your final investment if you choose to work with us.
4. Signing The Contract
Once we have all the details set, we’ll prepare and sign the contract and collect a 50% deposit.
5. Design Phase
To give you a clear idea of how your space will look like, we’ll design it together until it matches your vision and unique style. You’re in full control of your home’s appearance!
6. Protecting Your Home
The first thing we do before we get to work is protecting your home. We’ll seal the site and protect any other areas from dust, dirt, or debris.
7. Pre-Job Walkthrough
After the site is ready, we’ll bring in our equipment and do a walkthrough together to give you a clear idea of what to expect as your project unfolds.
8. We Get To Work
We work tirelessly to give you the home you desire. Before you know it, your home will be upgraded and ready for you to get comfortable in it.
9. We Clean Up
10. Post-Job Walkthrough
When everything is spotless, we’ll do a final walkthrough together to make sure you like the result and you’re satisfied with every detail. All that’s left for you to do is celebrate your new space together with the ones that matter to you.
11. 10-Year Warranty
We offer a 10-year labor warranty and you also benefit from the manufacturer’s warranty on materials. In the case that something unexpected happens and is included in the warranty and contract, we’ll come and get it fixed for you immediately.
12. Dedicated Follow-Up Plan
We follow up with you in three days, three weeks, and three months to check if everything is still in good condition and to your liking. After one year, we’ll plan a personal check-up to make sure you’re still loving your new space.
